Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? 

After placing your order you will receive an email with your tracking number then you can go to our tracking page and track your order.

Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 2 days to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around in the United States, therefore it will normally take an estimated of 7-10 business days for your product to arrive after you made the purchase. 


Q: I ORDERED TWO PRODUCTS, BUT HAVE RECEIVED ONLY ONE... WHAT'S HAPPENING?

Since we have a large assortment of products, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.


Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No. We do not ship internationally at this moment.


Q: IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!


Q: DO YOU PROVIDE A QUALITY GUARANTEE FOR ALL THE PRODUCTS BEING SOLD?

Absolutely! If you find damages in the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed.
